Only vehicle details and personal identification details provided at the time of registration will be deleted. This process takes up to 5 working days. However, ride history, transaction history, and the personal ID number created by "Apni Cabi" will be retained and will not be deleted. Pending Transactions
If there are any pending transactions when an account is deleted, drivers should contact "Apni Cabi" by calling the toll-free number. They must provide transaction details via email to contact@apnicabi.com. Proper and valid transaction details from the bank are required. Once the support team receives the necessary documents, they will investigate and resolve the issue within 48 hours.Handling of Available Subscribed Amount
If a driver has a remaining balance in their account at the time of deletion, they are eligible to receive 30% of the amount. This policy accounts for the extra incentives provided by the company for account recharges. The amount will be transferred to the driver’s bank account or UPI ID within 15 days of account deactivation.
